Instructions
Chicken Preparation
  1. Lay out all your tenders in a marinade pan evenly to provide maximum coverage for your seasoning & marinade.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce to create a full coating so they are swimming in the sauce (think how you would marinade a steak).
  3. Flip all the tenders to assure maximum coverage of the Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add a dusting of Weber N'Orleans seasoning on both sides of the tenders.
  5. Add some BBQ sauce of your choice. We used Rib Rack Southern Bourbon BBQ sauce; however, any of the Stubb's varieties work amazing also 🙂 Spread the BBQ sauce evenly on both sides of your chicken tenders with a mop or brush.
Cooking
  1. Prepare your grill at a stable 400 degrees F. Add wood chips of your choice (dry, not soaked). We chose to use Cherry wood for this recipe.
  2. Cook the tenders for roughly 10-12 minutes, flipping often since they are very thin, to assure even cooking.
  3. Enjoy!
